To switch from S mode to Windows 11, follow these steps on your Windows 11 PC:

1. Open Settings > Update & Security > Activation.

2. In the Switch to Windows 11 Home or Switch to Windows 11 Pro section, click on Go to the Store. Be cautious not to click on the "Go to the Store" link in the "Upgrade your edition of Windows" section if you see it.

3. On the Switch out of S mode page in the Microsoft Store, select the Get button. Once you receive a confirmation message, you will be able to install apps from outside the Microsoft Store.
